We are seeking an organized and detail oriented individual with an outgoing personality who has the ability to diplomatically handle member relations communications, as well as the judgment to escalate issues as appropriate. Your demonstrated previous team work experience is vital in this role as you coordinate with various departments at Best Western to confirm the accuracy of information and that a streamlined process continues. As a Property Transition Representative based in our offices in Phoenix, Arizona, you will support the smooth transition to full member status by acting as liaison for current, new and transitioning Member Hotels by performing essential administrative and correspondence duties. Previous project management experience will be your foundation as you assist members in satisfying initial membership, probationary requirements, and/or design requirements. A keen attention to detail is critical as you review and verify accuracy and completeness of applicant/new Member information while tracking and following up on application and/or probationary requirements and status.  

A minimum of 12 to 18 months related experience in a fast-paced corporate, administrative environment is expected. Previous experience working in a title or insurance company would be particularly helpful in this role. Strong verbal and written communications skills will enable you to create effective member correspondence by researching and composing correspondence relating to Terms of Approval process for current Members, new Members, properties under construction, and or design requirements and waiver extension requests. effectively interact with our members and with all levels in the organization. Your basic Microsoft Office suite knowledge combined with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills and desire to build your career with an industry leader will help you to become an integral part of our accomplished team.
