Job Purpose

The Lead Development Manager will be primarily responsible for making outbound prospecting calls (telesales only) focusing specifically on the unmanaged small to medium companies for Best Western Member hotels. This individual will be a proactive manager and will be accountable for uncovering business for the brand and enrolling companies in our new Business Advantage Program. The primary market segment is corporate with a focus on the small to medium size companies to ultimately grow market share and brand loyalty.
