Job Purpose
Our Member Care area has a key role interfacing with Best Western Hotel owners. As a part of this team, you will support a smooth transition to full Member status by acting as liaison for current, new and transitioning members. You may be asked to perform administrative duties in support of member, conditional, and applicant processing, and correspondence.

  • Acts as liaison for new property owners by interpreting and communicating applicable company policies. Assists members in satisfying initial membership, probationary requirements, or design requirements.
  • May facilitate new member application processing by reviewing and verifying accuracy and completeness of applicant new member information following property ownership changes. Tracks and follows up on application and or probationary requirements and status.
  • Provides effective member correspondence by researching and composing correspondence relating to Terms of Approval process for members, newly activated members, and or design requirements and waiver extension requests. Diplomatically handles member relations communications and or escalates as appropriate.
  • Obtains and conveys accurate information by interfacing with various internal departments. Coordinates with other departments which may include Member Relations, Design Member Care, Regional Services, Education and Training, Accounting and other internal contacts to ensure all information relating to reservation system status, schedules, membership requirements and status is accurate.
  • Performs administrative duties by maintaining files and tracking systems and updating databases.

    Skills/Requirements
  • Minimum 12 to 18 months related experience in a corporate, administrative environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software. Must be strong in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access.
  • Strong organizational skills

    Location Details
    Our Headquarters is centrally located in the Biltmore area at 6201 North 24th Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85016 Local candidates are preferred. Relocation assistance is not available.

    Pay and Work Schedule
    Hiring rate for this position is $12.75 to $16.55 per hour, depending on experience. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
