Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic sales representative who is passionate about helping with sales leads follow-up and qualifying in order to increase accounts in our Business Advantage program.
The Sales Representative will work with our member hotels by making outbound, prospecting calls to unmanaged, small to medium-sized businesses to qualify leads submitted by our member hotels, consumer direct relationships, and prospecting lists. This role will also enroll qualified accounts into the Business Advantage program, document and record sales prospecting activity and preparing reports as needed, and provide training our member hotels on how the BW Business Advantage program works.
Minimum 1 to 2 years related marketing or sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. SalesForce experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good at training, likes to explain how things work to others.
