Promotes a high performing business environment and ensures most cost-efficient SaaS operating platform environment for Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Ensures excellent service levels and user satisfaction.

Essential Job Results

Promotes a high performing business environment and ensures most cost-efficient SaaS operating platform environment for Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Main objective is to be primary liaison with business users for on-going operational, scope and relationship management of our ERP SaaS software solutions utilizing agile principles and processes. Ensures excellent service levels and user satisfaction. Ensures effective management and control in area of specialty by reviewing and approving policies, systems, methods and procedures. Motivates and develops staff by assessing strengths and weaknesses and providing appropriate developmental and training opportunities. Implements successful hiring and retention practices. Drives continuous improvement by initiating projects to enhance system performance or processes. Allocates appropriate resources and ensures alignment with departmental standards and IT strategy. Ensures Change Control process is followed from development through implementation. Delivers reliable high performance ERP SaaS applications and technical services. Improves problem resolution and develops implementation strategies by interfacing with management, vendors and user groups. Oversees effective documentation by implementing the necessary administrative procedures to monitor, log, and track technical problems and/or user difficulties. Reports on system activities, functionality and staff performance. Collaborates with the client and delivery teams to define attainable project schedules and maintain processes for tracking, cost accounting and key metrics. Mitigates project risk by assessing potential roadblocks and resolving problems to prevent errors and delays, staying tuned into to delivery team project statuses and progressions. Leads client calls to confirm timeline and project requirements, as well as provide project status updates. Secures confidential data by approving procedures for controlling access to databases, systems and equipment. Meets financial objectives by participating in annual budgeting process. Protects the Company by handling business sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years in project or customer management for software development or implementation projects, including supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience managing or delivering SaaS, preferably with the Workday or Salesforce platforms.
  • Demonstration and application of Project Management practices.
  • Demonstration and application of planning and deploying highly integrated, enterprise level information systems solutions.
  • Ability to manage scope change and keen eye for expanding opportunities with existing customers.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Workday, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Financial/budgeting acumen.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate technical issues to all levels of management.
