Job Description

Job Purpose

Manage Property Management System support incidents and coordinate with PMS vendors to drive resolution and customer satisfaction. Develop business and technical solutions to enhance the CRS interface to the PMS. Create, accesses and maintain documentation for end users and/ or vendors. Contributes in project requirements as well as identifying vendor, customer and system impacts and ensuring appropriate documentation is defined, created and distributed.


Essential Job Results

Ensure service levels are maintained relative to PMS support. Monitor message delivery systems and resolve open incidents. Facilitate support and development meetings with PMS vendors to review and plan future development initiatives. Provide feedback and direction to internal support teams regarding PMS and Two Way Interface functionality. Contributes business and technical analysis to determine technical feasibility. Delivers reliable high performance applications and technical services. Recommends business solutions by analyzing requirements, reviewing system capabilities and/or writing detailed specifications/documentation. Translates business requirements into functional specifications. Enhances systems, processes, and policies by evaluating current design and recommending modifications. Identifies problems and revises procedures. Prepares technical reports to summarize results and or trends. Creates and maintains documentation, materials and tools for vendors. Assists in user training and support. Protects the Company by handling business sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality.





  • Minimum 3 years experience in Hotel Property Management System and or Central Reservation System interface
  • Hotel experience a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient with SQL and XML message formats
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven analytical, time management and written and verbal communication skills.
  • May troubleshoot network systems and make recommendations to remedy issues.
