Essential Job Results

Provides internal and external analysis of market opportunities, incentives, team business plans; compiles data and provides reporting assistance including assess market variances, marketing initiatives and promotional performances. 

Supports department marketing goals by identifying, developing, and implementing recommendations and/or creative sales strategies and lead targeting.

Contributes to the Department’s development efforts and targeted marketing approaches by researching, developing,  managing and overseeing direct sales leads for field staff.  Assist with Develops and maintenance internal databases, resources.

Assist with tradeshow scheduling, alignment and prospective contacts

Enhances marketing plans by researching and developing effective marketing strategies and methods.  Creates presentations, communications, and promotional materials for use in advertising and monthly presentations to the Board.

Represents Best Western at company functions and client meetings.  Oversees promotional efforts with members, clients and the marketing and public relations teams.  Manages projects and communications between departments to enhance sales efforts.

Assist SVP with specific projects, communication to executive team and board of directors.

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience is related development, real estate or analytical role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client database management.

Proactive analytical and outgoing thinker.

Provides operational guidance on processes, service standards and programs.  Receives tactical direction on new products, processes, or plans.
