Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Operations Representative to provide customer service and sales support to the Business Travel Sales team by qualifying and responding to customer inquiries and requests. Develops new and helps retain existing business.

Essential Job Results

  • Ensures quality customer care by receiving and/or placing customer service related calls. 
  • Responds to a high volume of telephone inquiries about the Company's products and services.
  • Promotes and sells the Company's products and services by asking for and closing sales. Provides customers with rate, availability and other terms and conditions. May suggest additional or alternative products and services.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by identifying and following up on customer needs. Answers inquiries, investigates and resolves complaints.
  • Maintains customer service and sales information by tracking calls, creating client profiles and entering and confirming all booked sales using an automated system. Provide activity reports as requested.

Experience

  • Minimum 12 months customer service or sales related experience.
  • Demonstrated customer service or selling skills in a call center sales environment or in the hospitality industry preferred.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent certification.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service and telesales skills.
