  • How much does it cost to post a job with the Recruiting.com CRM?

    Best Western International, Inc. has an unlimited posting subscription with Recruiting.com, so there is no direct fee for BWI Inc. franchise/member owners to post on Recruiting.com.

  • How do I login to the Recruiting.com CRM?

    Go to crm.recruiting.com, enter your username, which is the email address you used to sign up for an account and your password.

  • I forgot my password - how can I get a new one?

    You can request your own reset from the site login page (crm.recruiting.com) 24/7!

  • What job boards does Recruiting.com work with?

    In addition to posting jobs on the Best Western Careers website, your ad will be sent to:

    • Jobing.com
    • Google Jobs
    • HireBilingual.com
    • DiversityJobs.org
    • VeteranJobs.com
    • ServerJobs.com
    • RetailingJobs.com
    • Jobs4Sales.com

    Your ads will also be included in weekday job feeds for organic (i.e. not sponsored) posts to Indeed, Glassdoor, Neuvoo and Lensa.

    Jobs post to this board only by including keywords such as “Bilingual”, “Trilingual”, “Spanish”, etc. in your job title/description.

    Jobs post to these sites only through assigning relevant categories.

  • Do you offer translation services for job ads?

    No, Recruiting.com does not offer translation services.

  • How can I view previously posted job postings?

    Very Simple! When you are on the jobs tab of the CRM, in the upper right hand corner you will see a drop down menu that states “Hide Unadvertised”, you want to ensure that “show unadvertised” is selected to see all inactive and active job postings.

  • Can I collect resumes in the Recruiting.com CRM?

    At this time, the current arrangement with BWI Inc. does not allow for resumes to be stored in the Recruiting.com CRM.

  • Where can I get additional assistance?

    Please note that phone support is not available to BWI Inc. franchisees/members at this time. There is limited email support to respond to requests for information not covered on jobs.bestwestern.com/support, jobs.bestwestern.com/support/FAQ and jobs.bestwestern.com/support/job-ad-templates. Email requests can be submitted to: BestWesternJobs@recruiting.com. Please allow at least 48 business hours response time.
