Job Description

  • Assists management by providing operational support and day-to-day direction to the Partner Payments Sales Operations team
  •  Ensures quality customer care for travel partners and our hotels by resolving escalated opportunities/issues
  • Maintains department’s operating procedures and recommends quality improvement for processes.
  • Assists management by training, coaching and mentoring team
  • Provides direction and oversight for day-to-day operations and communicates daily priorities
  • Ensures department objectives and service measurements are maintained
  • Assists management in reporting and analysis
  • Special Projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Prefer intermediate excel skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise some independent discretion/judgement 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced and fluid environment 
  • Handles escalations professionally
  • Exhibits personal characteristics and professional standards  that serve as a role model for others
  • Ability to compile data for reports and checks documents for accuracy
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines on multiple projects 
  • Ability to research and problem solve
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years customer service, sales, operations or related experience as a senior level representative or directing the work of others
  • Travel industry or Travel Agency experience is a plus
  • GDS experience and/or  knowledge is a plus
