Job Purpose 

The Associate Marketing Manager will assist in the management, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels. These efforts aim to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, enhance the company’s reputation, and drive business objectives. The role will also involve sourcing creative assets, supporting content needs, and managing the status of marketing projects.

This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, with hybrid work arrangements available.

Essential Job Responsibilities: 

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Campaign Management and Optimization: Assist in managing and fine-tuning digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as digital, video, and paid social media.
  • Digital Strategy Implementation: Execute digital marketing strategies to meet business goals, increase brand awareness, and ensure strong campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report key metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.

Creative Support:

  • Creative Sourcing: Assist in the creative execution by sourcing content for various creative needs including imagery, video, social and audio production.
  • Creative Contributions: Provide additional creative input to support the marketing team in executing compelling campaigns.

Marketing Team Support and Strategy:

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital initiatives align with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present project updates to key stakeholders and participate in meetings to identify new opportunities and maintain media relationships.
  • Administrative and Project Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the advertising department, including administrative tasks, forecasting and invoice management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or traditional marketing.
  • Knowledge of advertising and digital marketing technologies, platforms, and best practices for delivering a strong user experience.
  • Understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, direct, social media) and experience leveraging these channels to build business strategies.
  • Strong digital creative development skills with attention to detail and best practices for execution.
  • Ability to think strategically and work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proofreading skills, and command of spelling and grammar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Other:

  • You must reside in AZ and be able to work out of our Headquarters office three days per week.  HQ is located at: 6201 North 24th Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85016.

  • This position does not provide any relocation assistance.
