Job Purpose

Join our global team as a strategic partner in finance and accounting, supporting our Technology and Global Call Center business units. You'll collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and other executives across the organization.  The Division Controller - Technology serves as the finance and accounting leader, operating both strategically and tactically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee monthly financial close, ensure accurate transactions, and prepare variance analysis reports.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate with Technology and Finance teams to develop forecasts and budgets, providing data-driven insights.
  • Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor, optimizing resources, assessing investments, and driving financial performance.
  • Strategic Support: Analyze data trends, prepare financial reports, and support management with financial insights.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Uphold financial data integrity and ensure adherence to policies and controls.

Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of accounting and financial, planning and analysis.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expert in Excel; experience with Workday is a plus.

Other Requirements

  • Hybrid position with requirement to be onsite 3 to 5 days per week. HQ (address is 6201 N 24th Parkway in Phoenix, AZ)
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • No relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship.
