As our Senior Accounts Receivable Representative in our Phoenix, AZ corporate office, your overall mission is to support accounting operations as you monitor and maintain receivables for assigned accounts to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely payment. You will prepare and submit complex invoices, post payments, coordinate deposits, and perform an analysis. Overall, your duties require close attention to details and deadlines to guarantee your work is accurate as well as timely. We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skill set:
- Minimum 3 years Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Microsoft Excel experience required
- General computing aptitude including working knowledge of financial software applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Resolves and applies experience to both routine and more complex problems
- Researches anomalies and checks documents for accuracy
- Understands Accounts Receivable process flow
