Job Purpose
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for concepting, designing, and delivering high‑quality visual communications across print and digital platforms. This role serves as a brand steward and production expert, translating business and brand objectives into compelling, accurate, and on‑brand creative for internal and external audiences. The position leverages AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative quality, efficiency, and scalable workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce original, production‑ready visual assets across print and digital channels, including advertising, brochures, websites, signage, presentations, stationery systems, and property marketing materials.
- Lead design projects from concept through final execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, messaging, and communication objectives.
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency by managing graphic standards, logo usage, and reproduction files across multiple brands.
- Apply advanced production and prepress expertise to ensure accuracy in file setup, color, resolution, sizing, and output requirements (CMYK vs. RGB, spot vs. process color, vector vs. raster).
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop creative solutions, present concepts, and recommend design improvements.
- Collaborate with external vendors to communicate specifications, review proofs, and resolve design or production issues.
- Serve as a technical resource by advising teams on design standards, tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Utilize AI‑powered design tools and emerging technologies to support concept exploration, optimize production workflows, and improve creative efficiency while maintaining brand and quality standards.
- Conduct final quality reviews, including proofreading layouts and identifying errors or inconsistencies prior to release.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing creative processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Perform additional and stretch assignments as needed to support evolving business priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Approximately 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with demonstrated senior‑level responsibility; experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, or multi‑brand environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced conceptual, visual, and creative problem‑solving skills across print and digital media.
- Strong production and prepress knowledge with exceptional attention to detail.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience using AI‑enabled creative tools or platforms to support design, production, or workflow efficiency (Adobe Workfront, Assets, Firefly)
- Working knowledge of macOS environments and Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of current design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Other Requirements:
This is a hybrid position, requiring an onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Headquarters, with the option to work remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
