Play a key role in shaping how travelers see BWH Hotels! In this role, you’ll use your creativity to craft and share engaging brand communications across social media and marketing channels. Your ideas will help influence global brand perception and connect with audiences in meaningful ways—through fresh, innovative campaigns in both traditional and digital spaces.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Passion for Social Media: Demonstrate enthusiasm and deep knowledge of social platforms; stay current on trends, updates, and emerging opportunities.
- Strategy & Execution: Manage and execute social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels.
- Account Growth: Launch and scale new social accounts aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.
- Content Creation: Produce and edit engaging content (copy, photo, video) for organic and paid campaigns.
- Influencer Partnerships: Source, manage, and negotiate influencer collaborations to amplify brand storytelling.
- Global Collaboration: Work with international teams to deliver cohesive, globally aligned social narratives.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage on social channels to ensure timely, authentic interactions that enhance brand reputation.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Innovation & Trends: Research competitors, brainstorm creative ideas, and leverage AI tools for trend prediction and content optimization.
- Project Management: Oversee creative processes using internal and external resources.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal SMEs and other departments to develop brand content.
- Tools & Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Hootsuite, AspireIQ, Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years related experience in social media management and/or marketing. Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, luxury lifestyle or related fields a plus. Agency experience welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Well-versed in all social media and respective networking tools.
- Strong commitment to team and cross-functional collaboration with a service-oriented mind-set
- Strong follow-through as well as being detail oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and research expertise.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet multiple deadlines under pressure; strong time management skills.
- Proactive with a mindset for problem solving.
Other Requirements
- This is a hybrid position, requiring an onsite presence approximately three (3) days per week at our Headquarters location (6201 N 24th Parkway | Phoenix | AZ | 85016).
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
