Job Purpose

Join our Accounting and Finance team as a Senior Accounts Receivable (A/R) Representative, where you will play a key role in managing global billings and receivables. This position requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Billing: Ensure timely and accurate billings by preparing spreadsheets for billings, debits, credits, and account corrections, while meeting department deadlines.
  • Delinquency Notices: Prepare and distribute delinquency notices to support collection efforts.
  • Management Reporting: Track, report, and proactively update management on delinquent balances, ensuring all communications adhere to company guidelines.
  • Financial Reporting: Compile, reconcile, and organize financial data to support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual accounting reports.
  • Customer/Hotelier Service: Deliver high-quality customer service by researching, verifying and clearly communicating account information Hoteliers, resolving questions or concerns.

Preferred Experience and Education

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or related field.
  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with Workday Financials is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proven customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve both routine and complex issues using sound judgment and past experience.

Work Location and Schedule

  • This is a hybrid position, requiring an onsite presence approximately three (3) days per week at our Headquarters location (6201 N 24th Parkway | Phoenix | AZ | 85016).
  • Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (Arizona Time).
