Job Purpose
The Worldwide Sales Operations Representative plays a critical role in supporting the Worldwide Sales (WWS) team by executing initiatives that drive revenue growth across BWH Hotels’ global distribution channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both administrative tasks and direct communication with stakeholders.
You will help ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives, maintain strong communication with hotels and partners, and support revenue-generating activities across Leisure and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies and initiatives designed to support Worldwide Sales revenue goals
- Serve as a key communication link between Worldwide Sales Managers, hotels, and affiliates
- Manage and respond to WWS Leisure and MICE support inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Perform administrative and data management tasks, including:
- Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Creating reports using functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Managing databases
- Conduct outbound calls to hotels to:
- Communicate revenue opportunities
- Ensure awareness and participation in WWS programs
- Support internal processes that enhance efficiency, organization, and sales effectiveness
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with outbound communication (phone and email) in a professional setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Working knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Demonstrate familiarity with, or a willingness to learn, AI-driven tools and technologies.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Prior experience in sales support, hospitality, or operations
- Familiarity with distribution channels or hotel sales environments
- Experience working with databases or CRM systems
- Demonstrate familiarity with, or a willingness to learn, AI-driven tools and technologies

Location and Schedule
- This role is full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Global Operations Center, with the option to work remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This hybrid model fosters intentional collaboration, teamwork, connection, and productivity, while still providing flexibility and work life balance. The office address is 20400 N 29th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.
